Eric Church knows how to poke fun at his friend Morgan Wallen.
According to a now-viral TikTok, Church’s bar Chief’s on Broadway is now selling a drink inspired by Morgan Wallen’s infamous chair-throwing incident.
As fans may remember, Wallen was arrested on Sunday, April 7, 2024, for allegedly throwing a chair off the top floor of Rodney Scott’s Whole Hog BBQ, a rooftop restaurant on the music venue’s top floor.
The incident inspired the creation of the new menu item, “The Chair.” According to a photo of the new menu item included in the TikTok clip, the drink is made up of Smirnoff raspberry vodka, raspberry liqueur, lemonade and a splash of soda.

It is served in a red cup with a miniature folding chair hanging out of it. According to Country Chord, the drink is priced at $19.
The drink is all in fun as Church and Wallen are friends and collaborators. Less than a week after Wallen’s arrest, their collaboration, “Man Made a Bar,” reached the top slot on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.

During that time, Chief’s on Broadway also updated its marquee with a reference to the incident, writing, “OUR PIGS FLY OUR CHAIRS DON’T.”
After the incident, Wallen was arrested and charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, per court records obtained by PEOPLE.
Two officers were standing in front of Chief’s on Broadway around 11 p.m. local time when the incident occurred and watched the chair fall from the rooftop to street level, according to a post on X by Metro Nashville police at the time.

In December, Wallen appeared in court and was sentenced to one week of incarceration, to be served at a DUI education center, as well as two years probation (one year for each of his misdemeanor charges for reckless endangerment). The country music star was also ordered to pay a $350 fine and court fees.
Following the hearing, Wallen’s attorney, Worrick Robinson IV, shared in a statement that should Wallen, 31, complete his probation, “the charges will be eligible for dismissal and expungement.”

“Mr. Wallen has cooperated fully with authorities throughout these last eight months, directly communicating and apologizing to all involved,” his statement said. “Mr. Wallen remains committed to making a positive impact through his music and foundation.”
