Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa are spending quality time with their family in the Caribbean.

On Saturday, Aug. 3, the couple shared a joint Instagram post featuring photos of their beach vacation with their son Tristan, 17 months, plus Tarek’s kids Taylor, 13, and Brayden, 8 — whom he shares with his ex-wife Christina Hall — as well as Heather’s parents.

One photo showed Heather, 36, posing in front of some greenery at their Caribbean resort in a red bikini and white cover up, sun visor and black sunglasses.

Another shot featured Tristan playing with his toys on the beach, while one other showed Heather, Tristan and her mom, Teresa, posing together on the beach.

The couple also shared a photo of what looked to be a brightly-colored mimosa, along with a photo of Tarek, 42, Brayden, and Heather’s parents all standing in the shallow waters of the Caribbean Sea.

An adorable video also showed Heather and Tarek dancing with their toddler to some music at a restaurant, with Tarek bouncing him up and down as Heather held his hands.

“Caribbean state of mind: activated ?????,” the couple captioned the post, tagging their resort, the luxurious Aurora Anguilla, which is located in Rendezvous Bay.

The couple previously announced they were embarking on a big family vacation earlier this week, with Heather sharing a post on her Instagram Stories. In the snap, she, Tarek and the three kids could be seen standing in front of a plane on the runway at the start of their trip.

“Caribbean bound ????,” she wrote over the shot, tagging her husband.

Later that same day, Heather got candid about the stresses of traveling with such a big group and wrote that she and Tarek can “stress each other out.”

“Tarek and I are not the best travelers together I’d say. We always stress each other out,” the HGTV star admitted in the Instagram video. “And then we recover pretty quick, but there’s always like that… tension moment.”

She also explained in the video that she and Tarek had stopped in Miami “for the night” during a layover “so the kids could sleep” and “settle in a little,” before the group continued on to the Caribbean the next day.

Heather and Tarek tied the knot on Oct. 23, 2021, and have since starred in a number of HGTV projects together, including Flipping El Moussas and their upcoming new show alongside his ex-wife Christina, and her now ex-husband, realtor Josh Hall, titled The Flip Off.
