Daisy Ridley can’t believe she’s a part of the Disneyland experience!
The actress, 32, shared a series of photos to her Instagram Stories on Friday, June 21, of her recent visit to Disneyland.
But Ridley’s trip to the amusement park was a bit unusual after she saw herself on screen before the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance ride began.
She first shared a video of waiting and watching the pre-show — in which she appears — and expressed her disbelief in having a role in the popular ride. Her character, Rey Skywalker, tells park guests that they need to help the Resistance defeat the First Order.
“Being IN the (top rated! ?) ride at Disneyland is MAD!!!,” she wrote in the text of the video — which also showed a sweet moment of her looking directly at the camera in utter astonishment.
She followed up the post with an image talking with the Disneyland employee who portrays her character at the park.
“Surrealist!!! Ft. Philader the best Disneyland tour guide there ever was,” she wrote in the caption.
Prior to her visit, Ridley and the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker cast and crew — Anthony Daniels, Oscar Isaac, John Boyega, Kelly Marie Tran, Naomi Ackie, Keri Russell and director J.J. Abrams — headed to the theme park before the film premiered in December 2019.

More recently, Ridley exclusively told PEOPLE in February that she’s been able to sneak home a few props from the space-set universe.
“From Star Wars I have a lightsaber and the ring that I wore as Dark Rey. And John Williams gave me a signed piece of the score, which was phenomenal,” she said. “They’re all in a very safe location.”
She portrayed the character of Rey in The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker. Additionally, during the Star Wars Celebration in London in April 2023, it was announced that she would reprise her role in a new Star Wars film set after Rise of Skywalker.
Director Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, 44, said the film “will tell the story of rebuilding the new Jedi order,” according to Deadline.
