Reese Witherspoon is celebrating her costar and “partner in crime.”
On Tuesday, July 8, the actress, 49, marked the 57th birthday of her The Morning Show costar Billy Crudup.
Sharing a photo of the pair on her Instagram Stories, Witherspoon sent her birthday message, as well as a tease for the upcoming season 4 of the series.
“Happy birthday to my @themorningshow partner in crime Billy Crudup!,” her caption read alongside a celebration emoji.
She then added, “PS: who’s ready for more Cory/Bradley in S4?!”
In the snap, Witherspoon and Crudup flashed grins as they wrapped their arms around each other and stood in front of what appeared to be a trailer.
While the Legally Blonde star plays the role of news anchor Bradley Jackson, Crudup portrays CEO Cory Ellison.

Also starring Jennifer Aniston as Alex Levy, The Morning Show tells the stories of the work politics that occur behind the scenes of fictional news network, UBA.
The third season of the show saw billionaire Paul Marks (Jon Hamm) being pursued by Cory to help the network’s financial difficulties.
However, after Paul and Alex began a romantic relationship, the deal is put into question, while the billionaire’s past and his intentions also came under doubt.

The deal ends up being halted at the last minute after Alex presents a merger between UBA and rival network NBN to the board and confronts Paul over his shady practices.
The season also ended with Bradley and her brother Hal Jackson (Joe Tippet) turning themselves into authorities after Bradley deleted footage that showcased Hal’s involvement in the Jan. 6 insurrection.

Speaking to PEOPLE about season 4 in January 2025, Aniston, 56, said the episodes had been “so hard” to film.
“But it’s a great season,” she added. “It’s jam-packed, that’s for sure,”
