Long Island Medium Theresa Caputo is excited to be a grandmother once again!

“Baby Caputo is coming September 2024 ??We’re over the moon,” the TLC television star, 57, announced via social media on Monday, Aug. 19. 

The psychic medium shared an Instagram carousel to accompany the good news. 

In the first photo, Caputo stood with her son Lawrence “Larry” Caputo Jr. and his wife Leah Munch. The mother-to-be wore a white dress, and black and white balloons could be seen in their background. 

For the next picture, Theresa was joined by the expectant parents, as well as her daughter Victoria Caputo, 29, her husband Michael Mastrandrea and their baby girl Michelina Rose.

The family was all smiles, and in the last picture, Munch’s parents joined in for a group shot. 

Larry and Munch tied the knot in Lake Como, Italy, on June 10, 2023, after years of dating. The special day coincided with Theresa’s 56th birthday.

Following the ceremony, Theresa told PEOPLE exclusively: “It was so emotional.”

“He’s my son. And I think because of what I do, I see that a lot of people don’t have family, and Larry and Leah, they wanted it to be all about family. To watch it happen and unfold was just absolutely incredible. Wow,” she added. 

Theresa couldn’t help but gush over the details of the dream wedding.

“It was stunning. It was literally magical the entire weekend,” she said, also pointing out that there was a “massive” wedding cake.

Larry and Munch have been together since their freshman year of college, more than 14 years ago, Theresa said. 

“To see them finally be, at this point, where they want to get married, they want to start a family. Every parent’s dream is to see their children be happy, and to find that person that they want to spend the rest of their life with,” she added.

“I feel like she’s been my daughter for all these years,” Theresa continued. “We’ve always been so close and have a great relationship. And her mom and her brothers, we’re just literally one big family.”

The psychic medium first became a grandmother on a very special date.

“Michelina Rose ? 2.22.22,” Victoria captioned an Instagram post announcing her baby girl’s arrival at the time. 

“I’m a Grandma ?No words to describe the Love and emotion of holding my Granddaughter ?,” Theresa captioned an Instagram photo of herself holding Michelina days after her birth was announced.

And now Theresa gets to do it all over again as Larry and Munch prepare to welcome a child of their own.
