Lea Michele is celebrating her first Christmas as a mom-of-two!

On Saturday, Dec. 21, the Glee alum, 38, shared a photo on Instagram showing her and husband Zandy Reich posing in front of their Christmas tree with their kids, 3-month-old daughter Emery and 4-year-old son Ever.

“Beyond grateful this holiday season. ??,” Michele wrote in the caption.

In the sweet family snapshot, the Glee star can be seen holding Emery, while Reich held Ever, and the proud parents smiled at each other with their tree glittering in the background. The actress and her husband of five years both wore tan sweaters, while their son wore a gray onesie with a hood. Their baby daughter sported a pink onesie, complete with a bow on her head.

In another post, the couple posed with their youngest child, as Michele held Emery to her chest and Reich sat next to her, smiling.

Michele has been candid about becoming a mom for the second time in various social media posts over the last several months.

In September, the Funny Girl star posted a cute carousel of pictures on Instagram, giving fans a glimpse into her life since welcoming Emery in August. She shared photos of herself walking Ever to school and showing off his personalized backpack, while her then-newborn baby was being pushed in a stroller behind them.

“Life lately.. ?,” Michele wrote in her caption.

On her Instagram Stories, the actress also shared photos of her daughter meeting her best friend and former costar Jonathan Groff for the first time.

“Uncle Jonathan,” she wrote over the snap.

That same month, the Broadway actress opened up to PEOPLE about how she’s trying to “soak up” the precious moments she has with her kids while they’re both so young. That includes whipping up some sweet treats with her son.

“[The other day] I was running around and I knew I was only going to have a short amount of time with my son at the end of the day, but I ran to the market and I got brownie mix, and it was like the simplest little thing,” she said at the time. “I came home and I was like, ‘Do you want to bake brownies?’ And he was so excited. It literally took 20 minutes, but it was just so great to have that little time to do something special together.’”

Michele first announced in an Instagram post in August that she and Reich had welcomed their second child together.

“Our hearts are so full ?, Emery Sol Reich ?,” she captioned a photo that featured her, Reich and Ever with their hands on the newborn’s leg.

On Aug. 20, just before Emery’s birth, Michele celebrated Ever’s fourth birthday by sharing a photo on Instagram of the mother-son duo hugging each other. In the snap, Ever wore a T-shirt that fittingly read: “In My Big Brother Era.”
