Hoda Kotb has a new workout buddy — her younger daughter!

The newly retired Today host, 60, posted a sweet clip on her Instagram on Monday, Feb. 24 as she got in an early workout. In the Reel, Kotb can be seen on a stationary bike, wearing a light T-shirt and leggings and holding light weights. Next to her, daughter Hope, 4, sits on her own mat, holding her own set of mini barbells.

The mother-daughter duo can be seen making the same movement with their arms as they work out together and Kotb gives her little girl some tips on using the weights.

“Feeling good! Lets get fit ???,” Kotb wrote in her caption.

Kotb is mom to daughters Hope and Haley, 8.

Since leaving Today earlier this year, the former broadcaster has had more time to spend with her kids in her new suburban home. This past month, Kotb shared pictures on her Instagram of her and her daughters enjoying a calm day outdoors fishing together. In the post, she shared a video of her daughter’s excited reaction to catching a fish.

“Look at me go!” Hope said as Kotb pulled the fish out of the water.

“Wait… whaaaattt— each of my girls caught a fish today!!” Kotb wrote in the caption. “#wow threw em back— but what a thrill!”

Kotb’s two daughters were by her side as she left her longtime job, appearing alongside their mom on her final episode. Toward the end of the 8 a.m. hour on Jan. 10, the family of three sat together in the studio while Kermit the Frog came out, serenading them by singing “Rainbow Connection,” which is also the song Kotb sings to her daughters every night before bed.

As she listened to the song, Kotb got emotional, mouthing, “Oh my God.” At the end, all the Today anchors joined in to help sing the iconic tune.

Hope and Haley were also seen outside with their mom at the end of the 8 a.m. hour, standing on the Plaza as Kotb shared her final goodbye.
