Victoria Beckham always has fashion on her mind — or she’s always trying to get her husband David Beckham shirtless!

The soccer legend, 49, posted a photo on Instagram of himself lifting weights on Saturday, Aug. 24.

David is shirtless in the snapshot and wearing a pair of light blue shorts with a bright orange top tucked into his waistband. The retired athlete, who also sported bright orange sneakers with black socks on his feet, explained in the post’s caption that his fashion designer wife, 50, told him his outfit was a fashion faux pas.

“My wife said my orange vest was [too] bright so I took it off ???,” he wrote. “Judging my workout clothes @victoriabeckham you know u love it really ??.”

He also included a note for his trainer, Bobby Rich. “Really ??sorry @mrbobbyrich not my best form this was the 6th set ?,” David wrote.

Former Spice Girl Victoria continued the workout fashion joke in the comment section, writing, “Matchy-matchy ? Chic! ?.”

David and Victoria have been married for 25 years — they celebrated the milestone anniversary on July 4 — and keep the spark alive with playful jabs at each other in their social media posts.

During their Italy vacation earlier in August, David joked on his Instagram Stories about the downside of having a fashion designer for a wife.

“Annoyingly elegant,” he wrote over a photo of Victoria wearing a chic black sundress with a wide-brimmed hat over her eyes while she was reading a book.

“I MEAN,” David wrote over a separate photo of her wearing a black swimsuit with cutouts on the side, including a smiley face emoji with its tongue out.

The couple’s four kids — sons Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, and Cruz, 19, and daughter Harper, 13 — sometimes join in on the social media fun. Romeo and Harper recently pranked Victoria with their dad in the “Just Give Me My Money” trend.
